What We Can Help You With:
- Job readiness and career planning
- Resume and cover letter writing
- Job search support and interview preparation
- Confidence and communication skill development
- Workplace etiquette and expectations
- On-the-job training and ongoing workplace support
- Travel training to and from the workplace
- Support to explore volunteering or work experience
- Support for microbusiness or self-employment planning
Our Process – Step-by-Step Support
1. Initial Enquiry
Get in touch with us by phone, email, or through our website. We’ll talk with you to understand your employment goals, interests, skills, and any barriers you’ve experienced in the past.
2. Reviewing Your NDIS Plan
We’ll help you review your NDIS plan and identify which employment supports you are funded for. If you’re not sure, we can work with your support coordinator or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) to guide you.
3. Personalised Employment Plan
Together, we’ll develop a customised employment support plan, tailored to your goals and preferences. This may include specific training, confidence-building activities, or job placement pathways.
4. Skills Building and Preparation
We begin working with you on practical skills—such as communication, teamwork, time management, and interview techniques—either through one-on-one sessions or group workshops.
5. Job Search and Placement
We assist you in finding suitable job opportunities, preparing applications, and attending interviews. Once a job is secured, we continue to provide support as needed to help you adjust and thrive in the workplace.
6. Ongoing Support
Our team will continue to support you in your role with regular check-ins and problem-solving assistance. We work closely with employers to ensure a positive, inclusive work environment that supports your success.
