 Merci Care is a registered NDIS provider offering personalised support services for individuals living with disabilities. We focus on person-centred care, empowering our participants to live more independently and achieve their goals.

 Yes! Merci Care is fully registered with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), which means we meet strict government standards for quality and safety.  We are currently awaiting registration number in which you can enquire with the team for the number. Once we have this we can provide this to you

We provide support to NDIS participants of all ages and backgrounds, whether you're self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed. If you're unsure about your eligibility or how to get started, we're here to help.

 Merci Care currently operates across Melbourne Metropolitan and Regional areas. If you're not sure if we service your area, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to support you or connect you with someone who can. 

 No problem. We regularly review your plan and adjust your support as your goals and needs evolve. You’re always in control of your care. 

 Yes, inclusivity is at the heart of Merci Care. We provide culturally sensitive care and can match you with support workers who understand your background, language, and values.
