We’ll arrange a meeting with you (and your family, advocate, or support coordinator if applicable) to assess the level of support you need. We’ll also get to know your preferences—such as location, type of home, daily routines, and social goals.

Our team works with you to develop a personalised support model based on your NDIS goals. This could involve finding suitable shared accommodation (SIL), designing an ILO arrangement, or coordinating short-term or medium-term housing while you transition.

Once the support plan is approved and funding is confirmed, we’ll finalise a Service Agreement. We’ll clearly explain your rights, responsibilities, and what’s included. After that, we’ll begin onboarding and set up your support team.
