Merci Care began with a shared dream between three passionate NDIS workers, who had spent years on the frontline of disability support. Each had witnessed firsthand the challenges participants faced in navigating the system, accessing quality care, and receiving truly personalised services.

While they worked for different providers, one thing connected them all: the belief that every individual deserves support that empowers, respects, and uplifts.

They knew that to make a real difference, they needed to build something of their own. So, in 2024, they took a leap of faith and founded Merci Care.

The name "Merci" was chosen to reflect their deep gratitude for the trust placed in them by participants and families, and their commitment to providing care with compassion and dignity.

From day one, Merci Care was built on a foundation of person-centred values, transparency, and genuine community connection. The team made it a priority to listen closely to participants, tailor every plan to individual goals, and go above and beyond to support independence, inclusion, and well-being.

What started as a small service with a big heart quickly grew because word spread. Participants could feel the difference. Families saw the commitment. And staff felt proud to be part of something real.
