Merci Care was founded in 2024 by three passionate NDIS workers who shared a vision to provide disability support that is truly personal, respectful, and empowering. After years on the frontline, they saw the gaps in care and knew they could make a difference.

The name “Merci” reflects their gratitude for the trust participants and families place in them, and their commitment to care delivered with compassion and dignity.

From the beginning, Merci Care has focused on person-centered values, transparency, and genuine community connection. Every plan is tailored to individual goals, with the aim of fostering independence, inclusion, and well-being.

Today, Merci Care provides a wide range of services, including Supported Independent Living (SIL), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Community Access programs. Our dedicated team works to enhance quality of life, celebrate individuality, and support each person to live with confidence and dignity.
